You’ll be guided step-by-step in a relaxed, judgement-free space where singing is about how it feels—not performance or perfection.

Each session is 75 minutes, giving you time to warm up, learn a song step-by-step, explore simple harmonies, and leave feeling energized.

Sessions are held at Morpheus Theatre Society (3512 5 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2N 0V7).

The venue is located in a residential community with plenty of free parking next to a neighbourhood park.

Adults (18+) who want a fun, welcoming, creative outlet. No experience required.

Yes. All passes are non-expiring, so you can book sessions whenever your schedule allows. You’re never locked into specific dates.

Standard passes (Drop-In, 2-Pass, 3-Pass, and 4-Pass Packs) are for individual use only and can’t be shared or transferred.

If you’d like to bring someone with you, there are a few easy ways to do that:

1. Bonus Passes earned through a monthly auto-renew plan can be used by you or gifted to a friend

1. Guest Passes allow you to bring a guest to attend a session with you

1. Purchase any pass or pass pack for yourself AND a Guest Pass for your friend.
2. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email to confirm who you’d like the guest pass sent to.
3. Once your guest has received their pass, you’ll be able to book a session for both of you.
4. Arrive together and sing 🎶

You can follow the same steps to use a bonus pass from auto-renew to book a session for a guest.

If you can’t attend, please cancel or unregister at least 24 hours before the session start time and your pass will remain valid.

Cancellations made within 24 hours—or no-shows—will result in the pass being forfeited. This policy helps us respect our capped session sizes and offer spots to people on the waitlist.

Bonus passes are added within 48 hours of each successful monthly auto-renewal charge, starting after the initial purchase month.

Your auto-renew plan must remain active during the 48-hour issuance window to receive the bonus pass.

If the plan is paused or cancelled before the bonus is issued, the bonus pass will not be added. Bonus passes never expire.

Monthly auto-renew passes renew automatically.

If you’d like to pause or cancel your auto-renew pass and avoid the next billing charge, please contact Calgary Voices Collective at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Requests received within 48 hours of renewal may not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge.

Auto-renew passes can be paused or cancelled at any time outside of this notice window.

Group singing works best when there are enough voices to create energy, confidence, and a full sound.

To make sure each session has the right number of participants, we set a minimum attendance.

If a session does not meet the minimum, you’ll be notified as early as possible, and your pass will remain in your account to use for a future session.

This ensures every session feels supportive, immersive, and worth your time.

Sessions typically include 20–30 participants. This creates a rich, full sound while still feeling personal and supportive. We maintain intentional group sizes to ensure the energy is always high.

If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you as early as possible. Your pass will remain in your account and can be used for a future session.

Passes are non-refundable, but they never expire.

If you miss a booked session or cancel within 24 hours, the pass used for that session is forfeited—no additional charges are applied.

Charges resulting from missed or late auto-renew cancellation or pause requests are also non-refundable.

Our 4-Pass Pack offers the best per-session value and is ideal for regular attendance.

If you want the easiest option, the monthly auto-renew 4-Pass Pack automatically refreshes your passes each month so you don’t have to think about re-purchasing.

Many participants find that coming consistently builds confidence, vocal strength, and a stronger sense of belonging.

We sing familiar, feel-good songs along with the occasional surprise.

Sessions are about enjoying the music and the moment together—not performing or perfection.

All payments are handled through our booking platform. Passes are applied directly to your account and can be used for any available session.
