Effective Date: February 4, 2026
By purchasing a pass, enrolling in an auto-renew plan, or attending a session with Calgary Voices Collective (“CVC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, Media Release, and Waiver of Liability.
Calgary Voices Collective sessions are open to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. All singing levels are welcome, and no prior musical experience is required.
Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors or facilitators and to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Participation in sessions is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Each pass permits entry to one (1) group singing session. Calgary Voices Collective offers single Drop-In Passes, as well as multi-pass packs (including 2-Pass, 3-Pass, and 4-Pass packs) which feature reduced per-session pricing. Sessions may also be purchased directly at the Drop-In Pass rate for the purchaser or for another participant. Unless otherwise stated, passes do not expire.
Outside of these specific exceptions, passes may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned. Calgary Voices Collective reserves the right to modify pricing, pass structures, or availability at any time.
Certain pass packs are offered on a monthly auto-renew basis. By purchasing an auto-renew pass pack, you authorize Calgary Voices Collective to automatically charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until the plan is cancelled.
To cancel an auto-renew plan, participants must contact Calgary Voices Collective from the email address associated with the account used to purchase the plan. Auto-renew plans cannot be cancelled through the booking platform or through social media.
Requests to cancel must be received no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled renewal date in order to avoid the next billing charge. Requests received within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal date may not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge. Charges processed due to late requests are final and non-refundable.
All sessions must be booked in advance through Calgary Voices Collective’s designated booking platform. Sessions are subject to capacity limits and availability. Session availability is released at CVC’s discretion and based on demand. A confirmed booking does not guarantee participation if a participant fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
To protect account security, if a participant arrives without an advance session booking and requests to use an existing account pass, they must present a government-issued photo ID matching the account name; failure to provide matching identification will require the participant to pay directly for the session at the Drop-In Pass rate in order to gain entry.
To respect the focus of our facilitators and maintain an immersive, uninterrupted environment for all participants, sessions start strictly at the scheduled time. Calgary Voices Collective reserves the right to lock the studio doors precisely at the session start time (or at any point during the session) due to staffing levels, building security, or operational needs. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry. If doors are locked and you are unable to enter due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a "no-show," and your pass for that session will be forfeited in accordance with Section 4.
Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled session must cancel or unregister at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the session start time.
Cancellations must be completed through the booking platform or by contacting Calgary Voices Collective from the email address associated with the account used to register for the session. Cancellations cannot be made through social media.
Sessions are subject to minimum attendance requirements. If a session does not meet the required minimum attendance, Calgary Voices Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, the participant’s pass will remain valid for future use. Calgary Voices Collective is not responsible for any incidental costs incurred due to session cancellation or rescheduling.
While Calgary Voices Collective strives to provide a consistent and high-quality experience, no specific instructor, song, or session content is guaranteed. Sessions may be led by different instructors, and song selections may vary due to scheduling, availability, or operational needs.
All pass and session purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for unused passes, missed sessions, lockouts or entry denials due to late arrival, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the experience. Charges resulting from missed sessions or late auto-renew cancellation requests are non-refundable. By purchasing a pass or registering for a session, participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
Calgary Voices Collective is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. Participants agree to treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect; refrain from disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior; and follow all session guidelines and instructions.
Calgary Voices Collective reserves the right to deny participation or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the experience of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Sessions or events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, digital advertising, and marketing purposes. By attending a session, participants grant Calgary Voices Collective the irrevocable, perpetual right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute their image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, or other media for promotional, marketing, and related purposes without compensation. All photographs, digital images, and video media captured remain the sole intellectual property of Calgary Voices Collective.
Participants acknowledge that singing is a physical and vocal activity and agree to take full responsibility for their own physical and vocal well-being. Participants are responsible for monitoring their own condition, taking breaks as needed, and informing the instructor of any relevant concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you explicitly release, waive, and forever discharge Calgary Voices Collective, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of negligence, personal injury, vocal strain, illness, or property loss sustained during or as a result of your participation in any session or event.
Calgary Voices Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted and apply to future purchases and participation. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
